As we reflect on a transformative two years and reconvene in person, we have a lot to unpack. How have our experiences over the last two years changed us? How can we manage ourselves and our interactions with the workplace that can demand so much from us? What can employers do to build a culture of care and improve the work-life balance?

We acknowledge the need to change our workplaces and ourselves and we will hear from expert speakers and participate in timely discussions on topics that are relevant and meaningful to women today.

Katie McDonald, founder of b.nourished, will be this year's keynote speaker.  A self-care strategist, Katie disrupts this toxic dynamic by confronting audiences with a powerful question: “How DARE you deprive us of your best self?”. In her mindset-shifting keynote speech, “Self-care isn’t selfish. It is your duty,” Katie challenges audiences to embrace self-care — not just as their right, but as their responsibility to themselves, their loved ones, and the world. Katie’s speech will recenter your spirit, invigorate your soul, and set you up for sustainable success…no martyrdom mandated.

This year's Summit also includes two interactive panel discussions featuring these Capital Region leaders and innovators:
