The demand for nurses and healthcare providers continues to grow and a new women-led education initiative is offering an innovative solution: The Nurses Middle College Charter High School - Capital Region, a public charter school to prepare students in grades 9 through 12 for a career in the nursing and healthcare sector.

Hear from Maxine Fantroy-Ford, Phd., executive director and Susan Birkhead, Phd., president of the board of trustees, and other stakeholders about the organization's mission to prepare a diverse group of students to become the highly-educated and professional nursing workforce for the future.
